You're drying them at a nice low temp which preserves color and constituents/nutrients nicely, but you need to dry them longer if you're drying them at that temp…It was annoying and time-consuming to sort through the whole bag for seeds and moldy parts and fiddle the seeds out of the flowerheads manually before use. Most of it was usable but I will buy my next round of calendula elsewhere. I didn't feel super comfortable giving this to clients. Anthony's, if you're reading this, please consider separating out the larger chunks and drying them separately from the smaller bits. Thicker parts need longer drying time. Try drying in a thinner single layer and perhaps cut or break the largest flowerheads in half. Please include a moisture-absorbing packet in the bag.
